I’m a Puget Sound real estate broker with two master’s degrees (Engineering and an MBA). Translation: I’m wired for systems, pricing logic, and buyer psychology, not hype. I was also raised in a real estate family in Turkey, where I learned early that small mistakes get expensive fast, and that calm, well-documented negotiation wins.

Most people don’t hire a broker because they love real estate. They hire one because the stakes are high, the timeline is real, and the decision feels personal. My job is to simplify the chaos, reduce regret, and keep you informed and in control without adding stress.

I build a structured, customized game plan around your timeline and goals. I work with downsizers, move-up buyers and sellers, estate sales, investors, and builders. Property types range from condos to higher-end homes and custom builds, plus unique properties, including select equestrian and lifestyle acreage when it fits. I also advise new construction and development projects, including an 88-unit community in progress, which sharpens how I think about pricing, timelines, and leverage for my clients.

For sellers, I run a step-by-step strategy: prep scope, home pricing strategy, positioning, launch timing, and an offer plan that matches the market in front of us. If privacy, speed, or condition matters more than a public launch, I can also evaluate discreet off-market routes, including as-is cash-offer options, with clear tradeoffs.

For buyers, I build clean offer strategy, smart contingencies, and tight communication from day one through closing. I also pursue off-market opportunities in Washington through targeted outreach and network work, with no promises, just a real effort.

You work directly with me end-to-end. I’m supported by a behind-the-scenes team for coordination, marketing execution, and vetted vendors, but I stay accountable for the strategy and outcome. My goal is to earn long-term trust, the kind where you call me again when life changes and you feel confident referring me to people you care about.
