I’m a Puget Sound real estate broker with an MS in Industrial Engineering and an MBA. Growing up in a real estate family in Turkey also taught me that preparation, clear numbers, and calm negotiation matter when the stakes are high.

A home sale or purchase is rarely just about the property. Timing, money, family, risk, and future plans all matter. The role of a strong broker is to bring structure to those competing priorities so clients can make informed decisions without feeling pushed.

For sellers, the work begins well before the home reaches the market. Preparation, pricing, positioning, launch timing, marketing, and offer strategy must support one another. I build that plan around the property and the seller’s actual priorities, then stay directly involved through negotiation and closing.

Buyers receive the same level of preparation. That means focused market and property analysis, clear guidance on contingencies, disciplined negotiation, and honest advice when a property or deal does not justify the risk.

Through Bodur Real Estate, my personal real estate brand, I provide brokerage services through Windermere Real Estate/PSR, Inc. I also founded Cascade Home Options, a Washington seller-options platform that helps homeowners compare a direct purchase, an as-is selling strategy, and a full-market listing before choosing the path that best fits their situation.

Experience includes distinctive and higher-end homes, custom and new construction, estate and downsizing transitions, investment properties, and select builder and development assignments. Advising an 88-unit residential community has also strengthened how I evaluate market position, timing, risk, and long-term value.
